Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Uptime Commitment

RelicTek guarantees a 99.99% uptime for the Agent Armor Matrix Core (Enterprise Tier). Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the Discord Support Matrix 48 hours in advance.

2. Threat Telemetry Latency

For Matrix Core clients, threat telemetry ingestion and validation via the ZTVP Enclave will process within <50ms latency globally, backed by bare-metal routing.

3. Sovereign Level of Quality (SLoQ)

Our Fiduciary Protocol dictates that enterprise data integrity is immutable. In the event of an infrastructure anomaly, the ZTVP architecture fails closed, ensuring zero leakage of proprietary node data.
